Fire Magic introduces the new Echelon and Aurora Collections. These new collections set the gold standard for outdoor grilling. The Legacy and Regal Collections have been upgraded for 2008.

Commercial quality details such as full 304 stainless steel body, cast stainless steel E burners, polished heavy-duty comfort touch knobs, digital oven and meat thermometer, and seamless double wall, water resistant hoods are just some of the features offered in the new Echelon and Aurora Collections. All Fire Magic grills are available in stand alone (portable) or built-in (island) models.

For those who have already invested in a FireMagic grill, there are indispensable accessories to further the outdoor grilling experience and ease of preparation. For instance, the infrared cooking system allows for quick, high temperatures, perfect for searing a steak.
